Lodging
Lodging can be hard to find in Central New York in the summertime, for two reasons. For one, people are constantly getting married there — who does that?! Furthermore, under the influence of the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, there are baseball camps all summer long that attract whole families to the area, and they gobble up hotel rooms and AirBnBs for weeks at a time.
Given all that, we encourage you to book as early as you can. We've researched a few different options for you.
Hotel room blocks
We've reserved room blocks at two hotels in Oneonta, both less than a twenty-minute drive to the farm. We had to tell a little white lie to get these room blocks, since some hotels have a policy of not letting wedding groups reserve blocks in the summer. So if you talk with anyone at these hotels and they ask what event you're associated with, tell them it's the Sardinas–Miles Family Reunion, not a wedding.
Each room in these blocks has two double beds.

- Red Carpet Inn, Oneonta / Colliersville. 20 minutes away on the interstate (or 15 minutes by country back roads).
